Joseph Piteo started Blazin Bills in 1985 in a converted ice cream stand, serving ribs on paper plates. Three years later, he entered 15 regional rib cook‑offs — and took first place in 14 of them, plus second at the nationals.
After a fire in 2004, a rebuild in 2005, and a move to a new 6,000+ sq. ft. location in 2019 — complete with a koi pond patio — Blazin Bills is still run by the same family. Same dedication. Same ribs.
